Our on-ground tour escort, in coordination with your institution's accompanying staff, is responsible for supervision and safety throughout the trip, backed by our office team for logistics and emergency support.

What happens if a student needs medical attention?

Our tour escorts carry a first-aid kit and are certified in first-aid; for anything beyond that, the nearest medical facility is identified in advance and the school/parents are informed immediately as per our emergency contact protocol.

Is the transport used on trips insured?
