FAQ
Common questions
What is the ideal group size for a primary school trip?
We can handle any group size, but we recommend one adult chaperone (teacher/parent volunteer) per 8-10 students for this age group.
Do you provide meals?
Yes, we can arrange packed meals or on-site catering depending on the destination and school preference.
How far in advance should the school book?
2-3 weeks is usually enough for local theme park, zoo, or science-centre trips; farm and community-helper visits may need less notice since they don't require third-party entry tickets.
What happens if a child feels unwell during the trip?
Our on-ground coordinator carries a first-aid kit and has the nearest medical facility identified in advance; parents/school are informed immediately as per the pre-shared emergency contact protocol.
Can parents accompany the trip?
Yes, many primary schools bring parent volunteers alongside teachers — let us know the expected chaperone count when booking so we can plan seating and logistics.
